Odor Description: Buttery, fried-dough, baked-fruit, spicy character.
Tenacity on Blotter: > 1 week
Taste Description: Sweet chicken fat, with some citrus notes.
Flavor Use: Fatty nut flavors, especially hazelnut. Also useful in melon, cucumber, and citrus applications at lower levels.
Recommended Flavor Use Level: 0.05 - 0.2 PPM
IFRA Status: This material should NOT be used as a fragrance ingredient due to the absence of data necessary to perform an adequate safety evaluation per IFRA Safety Standards in Annex 1 of the Code of Practice.
