APPLICATION INFORMATION
Odor Description: Fruity, peach-like and buttery aroma.
Fragrance Use: For a subtle cream note or as a blender for more harsh peach/vanilla notes.
Recommended Fragrance Use Level: 1% - 12%
Tenacity on Blotter: > 2 weeks
Taste Description: Characteristic fresh butter taste, used in conjuction with delta decalactone.
Flavor Use: Dairy lactone notes for a variety of flavors, especially butter, milk, caramel. Can also be useful for cream notes in fruit flavors such as peach, apricot, and mango.
Recommended Flavor Use Level: 1 - 10 PPM
