Odor Description:

A strong, sharp, juicy, citrus aroma.

Fragrance Use:

Used in aldehydic accords and florals.

Taste Description:

Fresh, juicy, citrus character reminiscent of grapefruit juice and orange essence oil

Flavor Use:

Adds fresh grapefruit juice character to a variety of applications especially beverages. Blends very well with nootkatone. Occurs naturally in orange juice essence oil so it will enhance fresh squeezed juice notes in any citrus flavor, including orange, tangerine, grapefruit, pomelo & yuzu.
