APPLICATION INFORMATION
Odor Description: A pleasant nondescript fatty floral green note.
Fragrance Use: On dry down, reminiscent of lily of the valley. Much more stable than Myristic Aldehyde (Tetradecanal).
Recommended Fragrance Use Level: Traces - 1%
Tenacity on Blotter: > 1 week
Taste Description: Waxy, citrus peel, slightly fatty.
Flavor Use: Excellent sweet, peely notes for citrus flavors, especially tangerine, and mandarin.
Recommended Flavor Use Level: 5 - 50 PPM
