Fruity, peach-like and buttery aroma.

Fragrance Use:

For a subtle cream note or as a blender for more harsh peach/vanilla notes.

Characteristic of fresh butter, used in conjunction with Bedoukian's delta-Decalactone.

Flavor Use:

Dairy lactone notes for a variety of flavors, especially butter, milk and caramel. Can also be useful for cream notes in fruit flavors, such as peach, apricot, and mango.
