A sweet strawberry odor.

Fragrance Use:

Does especially well in 'Otto of rose' compositions.

Sweet, fresh, fruity notes, with slight buttery back notes.

Flavor Use:

Fresh fruits, especially strawberry, apple and pineapple. Can also be used for butter rum and butterscotch flavors.
