Odor Description: green, citrus, metallic
Taste Description: A powerful, green, metallic character with beany (soy) back notes.
Flavor Use: Adds a unique metallic note, associated with the blood notes of rare beef/steak, to a variety of savory products including broths, soups and plant-based meat alternatives, as well as in pet food, where odor is most important. Useful to add freshness to various teas, especially green and matcha.
