Odor Description:

A rich, vanilla, sweet aroma with powdery, cocoa notes.

Fragrance Use:

Used to supplement vanillin; this material is stable in an alkali environment with little discoloration. It can extend vanillin while reducing discoloration, or extending the time until the product discolors.

Recommended Fragrance Use Level:

1% - 5%

Taste Description:

Sweet, smoky, phenolic, vanilla.

Flavor Use:

Smoky vanilla notes for a variety of flavors like toasted marshmallow and chocolate fudge.
