Odor Description: Herbaceous, leathery, peppery, with notes of elemi oil and thyme, as well as a touch of citrus.
Fragrance Use: Adds naturalness to herbal and citrus types at trace levels of use.
Recommended Fragrance Use Level: Traces - 0.5%
Tenacity on Blotter: > 1 hour
Taste Description: Characteristic of oregano, spicy.
Flavor Use: Excellent for herbal notes, especially for Italian dishes. Good for enhancing spicy notes, such as habanero.
