Odor Description: A green, citrus, spicy odor.
Fragrance Use: Imparts fresh, green, and natural topnote in fruity floral types.

Taste Description: Sweet, green apple.
Flavor Use: Excellent for apple, berry, and other fruit flavors. Also enhances citrus flavors, especially orange juice.
