Odor Description: A cheese-like aroma.
Tenacity on Blotter: > 24 hours
Taste Description: Strong, dairy, aged cheese character with some fruity back notes.
Flavor Use: Aged cheese and other dairy type flavors. Acidic notes for a variety of fruits, especially tropical flavors such as, pineapple, apple, and berry flavors.
Recommended Flavor Use Level: 0.1 - 5 PPM
IFRA Status: This material should NOT be used as a fragrance ingredient due to the absence of data necessary to perform an adequate safety evaluation per IFRA Safety Standards in Annex 1 of the Code of Practice.
